**$30 Per Gun Background Check Fee**

**Out of State Handgun Purchases will be Shipped to an FFL Dealer of your choice in the state in which you reside.  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees.  Once the firearm is shipped, the Buyer will receive a phone call & be provided with a tracking # and the Buyer will then pay the FFL Dealer for the Shipping Costs.**

**Buyers with a ND Concealed Weapons Permit will be allowed to receive their Gun/Guns the same day.  For all other Buyers, as long as your background check is a "Proceed", they will also receive their Guns the same day.  For Buyers that go on "Delay",  NIC's have 5 Business Days to get back to the FFL Dealer with a resolution.  Once a resolution is established, the Firearm can then be legally transferred to the Buyer.  If for some reason a Buyer is "Denied", the Gun will go back to the Owner& the Buyer will Forfeit your purchase money.  The Owner is responsible for filling out a 4473 form for a Background Check to receive their own Firearm/Firearms back & must pay a $30 transfer fee per Gun.  Same applies if the Seller "NO SALES" their Gun/Guns.**
